It is thanks to the smarts, creativity and passion of our people, and clients, that we are who we are.
Despite our 20-year history, we aren't ones to get comfortable. True to our ethos we are always trying to find a better way to deliver the most innovative methods for our clients to connect with the right audience, with the right message, at the right time - by going beyond the obvious and rejecting the notion of a typical PR agency.
Drum, part of PHD Group, is an insight-led agency that helps ambitious brands create and influence popular culture. We don't just create social posts or write press releases. Through media relations, content creation, face-to-face experiences, social media and appropriate partnerships, we deliver best in class communications solutions for our clients to tell stories that matter. As part of the global PHD and Drum networks, we can also tap into some of the best creative, strategic and technological brains and systems in the country and the world.
We believe that the culture of an organisation is the difference between a good company and a great company. Not ones to settle for ‘good', we are committed to making Drum great by weaving our values of creativity, curiosity, openness, collaboration and courage into everything we do. We also encourage happy, healthy people through extensive training opportunities, a comprehensive wellness program, flexible working, parental leave, subsidised health insurance and gym memberships and an annual ski and surf trip - to name just a few!
We believe in hiring great people and giving them the freedom to be awesome. Do you thrive when faced with a challenge? Would collaborating with communications, media, strategy and technology specialists every day excite you? Are you bursting with great ideas? Do you want to be part of a hard-working team who like to have fun while doing it? If so, we would love to have you join our talented team of Drummers!
