The role:

In this diverse role you will support with strategic search activity for senior leadership roles while also recruiting key roles across multiple divisions of the airline. While the majority of our roles are New Zealand based, this will also include some recruitment offshore.

You will be partnering with senior leaders across multiple business groups to consult, advise and deliver on recruitment needs. You will be involved in business transformation and change management recruitment projects with pace and energy while also partnering closely with our wider HR function.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Significant internal and/or agency recruitment experience with a proven track record of recruiting senior roles
  • Strong strategic search and market mapping skills and a desire to further your career in this area
  • A natural relationship builder with the ability to gain credibility quickly with senior leaders
  • A real team player who will contribute to the overall success and delivery of our team
  • The ability to effectively manage each step of the candidate journey while providing a great candidate experience along the way.
  • An incredibly varied role, it requires personal drive and grit while being comfortable with change, ambiguity and constantly raising the bar.
