In this diverse role you will support with strategic search activity for senior leadership roles while also recruiting key roles across multiple divisions of the airline. While the majority of our roles are New Zealand based, this will also include some recruitment offshore.
You will be partnering with senior leaders across multiple business groups to consult, advise and deliver on recruitment needs. You will be involved in business transformation and change management recruitment projects with pace and energy while also partnering closely with our wider HR function.
