From 2025, we will own local manufacturing, sales, and distribution for our full portfolio of alcohol and non-alcohol beverages.By harnessing the best of Suntory from across Australia and New Zealand, we will offer a unique portfolio of over 40 market-leading brands powered by two local manufacturing sites, five distribution centres and more than 1500 Suntorians.Together, we will bring the best of Suntory to Oceania.The OpportunityAs a result of an internal promotion, we are looking for a passionate and dynamic Talent Management Specialist to support our local talent agenda and ensure Suntory Oceania is best placed to develop and retain top talent.Reporting to the Learning & Capability Manager, you will be responsible for delivering efficient, consistent and high-quality services across the Talent Management lifecycle, to support the goals and strategic objectives of the APAC Talent COE.To enable us to deliver our winning ambitions and bring Suntory Oceania to life, you will also have the opportunity to work on projects to support talent development for critical roles, elevate Hiring Manager capability and optimize our existing practices and processes to ensure we are future fit.You'll be accountable for :Leading the timely execution of cyclical performance management and talent development tasks, partnering with Business Partners to deliver these into the organisationCollaborate with the APAC Talent and Learning COE to implement regional talent management initiativesCreating engaging training resources and communication plans to encourage timely participationProviding talent insights, and increasing our performance management maturity, through timely reportingLeading our annual employee engagement initiative, ensuring optimal organisational participationWhat's in your toolkit?Demonstrated experienced delivering talent and performance initiatives across a diverse workforceExceptional relationship building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coach and influence at all levels across the organisation (including Senior Leaders)Strong analytical skills, supported by a high attention to detail we know talent data and insights will be key to our future successIntellectual curiosity, complimented with the courage to challenge and question for a better people outcomeAt Suntory we recognise that all life experiences equate to innovation.
