Are you an exceptional administrator who wants to play a vital part in the education of New Zealand’s future health professionals and support some of New Zealand’s best health researchers? If so, this is the job for you!
In this role you will provide proactive teaching, timetabling and administrative support to one or more work areas and will become a trusted point of contact for a range of students, staff and visitors. Along with excellent administration and coordination skills, a strong customer service focus is critical to success in this role.
Key tasks of this role include:
• Providing administration support to staff and students, including document drafting, minute taking, and records management.
• Coordinating the rosters of the students in the academic and clinical settings.
• Providing teaching, timetabling, clinical placement coordination in liaison with the teaching and clinical staff.
• Coordinating student assessments.
• Using University systems to maintain databases, extracting data, providing reports and other relevant data.

• Proven experience in a busy administration role where high levels of customer service delivery are expected.
• A passion for delivering exceptional assistance to customers.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of programmes.
• Have exceptional communication skills, be a team player and a keen learner.

We have both full-time and part-time hours available. Positions are permanent and located in Wellington.
