• Lead the provision of strategic advice to the mayor and councillors on major infrastructure funding decisions
• Advise elected members on financing and funding opportunities and challenges
• Lead collaboration with executive management across the council and CCOs to support investment initiatives
• Represent the council and build relationships with central government and the private sector to progress infrastructure funding initiatives.
