Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
The primary purpose of the role is to provide a full spectrum of legal property advice in relation to acquisition, divestment and redevelopment, leasing, renting of Crown property.
Note: Preference will be given to Te Whatu Ora and Te Aka Wahi Ora candidates.
Mōu | About you
In this role you will ensure accuracy and compliance of property information and provide expert and technical advice and solutions for property, leasing, and rental matters.
In addition, you will undertake investigatory and other work to support Crown property transactions, as well as improve business processes to ensure property assets are managed to best advantage, including mitigating Te Whatu Ora/Crown risk exposure in a property specific context.
